Ever wanted an easy way to track client progress but felt stymied by the costly options out there? So did I!

(Therapist Andrew writing here) I’ve been using survey forms for a while to enhance therapeutic empathy, provide an overview of treatment progress, and give my clients one more avenue to grow. It’s been incredibly helpful but I wanted an easy, digital solution instead of constantly handing out paper forms.
